Non-Allowable Lobbying Dues for 2009

Pursuant to section 6033 (e) of the Internal Revenue Codes, we are required to notify you that 20% of your 2009 membership dues ($45,200 for full members, $22,600 for associate members) are allocable to lobbying activities of NAPH and, therefore, are non-deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense by your organization.

For those members with a 501(c)(3) tax status, this notice does not apply to you.
